Backstage at Molly Goddard Fashion Show!

Hi beauties, Last Friday I had an extremely exciting opportunity which involved me going backstage at the Molly Goddard fashion show! As many of you know I am working as an intern for L'Oréal for a year as part of my university course. Part of my role at L'Oréal is to handle social accounts for a selection of professional hair care brands and to search and create content. One of the brands I work for is L'Oréal Professionnel, who on Friday supported the hair team at the fashion show. The show was held at the Victoria and Albert museum and the layout was absolutely stunning.

Fashion designer Molly Goddard created a beautiful line of designs with her clothes looking stunning and feminin, with lots of layering materials and bold colours/

Backstage, the artists created an edgy but simplistic hair look with two hair buns on the top and base of the head.

It was created by holding separating the hair into ponytails and twisting them very tightly until they can be wrapped around into buns.

The actual show was very unique as the models walked in a figure of 8 meaning the whole show was very engaging. The models also then grouped into the different sections, some models where walking around drawing sculptures, others sat chatting drinking china tea and others were sitting on a oversized bed. The overall look was beautiful and unfortunately I didn't get to take any dresses home but I sat front toe and got an amazing view. Well done Molly Goddard you did an amazing job! Lots of love, Hamptons x
