For our first blog post we thought we'd introduce ourselves.
My name's Jessica Hampton and I study at Keele University completing a Computer Science degree (I will try not to let my geekiness overpower me.) I guess you could describe me as an introvert, and the quieter one in our double act; but once you get to know me I can be quite loud. We joke that I am on the verge of a makeup addiction, and any new makeup hype I'm soon trying (when I can scrape together the money from student loans).
Hi I'm Victoria (normally addressed to as Vicky). I'm an Oxford Brookes student who thoroughly enjoys studying Business and Marketing Management. I do love myself some makeup however fashion is my first love. I have a horrible condition where I feel like I always have to buy a new pair of shoes for every occasion and there's nothing more satisfying than putting an outfit together and thinking dam I look good.
We're going to be really weird and put a disclaimer in our introduction. Both of us want to stress that we don't want people thinking that people need to change their appearance - or we are encouraging it. While we both think using makeup and fashion is an amazing way of expressing ourselves, we'd choose a makeup free night-in, wearing our sweats, embracing our natural beauty over dressing up any day. Remember do what makes you happy.
