Vicky here with a mini makeup tutorial.
This week I have been quite pressed for time and have therefore needed a quick full face makeup look. So I thought I would show you guys what I do to achieve this look:
My finished look |
I began with moisturizing my face and then adding a primer. I then went in with a buffering brush and blended in my clinque full coverage foundation.
I then used my NYX stick foundation in a very dark brown shade (a lot darker than my complexion) to chisel and define my cheekbones, nose and jaw. I use my flat top real techniques brush to blend it all out.
Once I blended my contour, I then went in with my favourite concealer ever - Collection's lasting perfection concealer on the bridge of my nose, underneath my contour on my cheekbones and on my chin. To blend this I used my beauty blender to create an air brushed finish,
I then filled in my eyebrows with my rimmel eyebrow pencil an set it with my Benefit eyebrow gel, which I used to brush my eyebrows out slightly to create a bushy look.
To define my eyebrows I used an angled brush to blend concealer above and below the pencil and set it all with some MAC powder.
Time for eyes, I start by placing a white eye shadow in the inner ducts of my eyes and then sweep a neutral matte pink over my lids.
I then blended a darker brown in the outer corners and into my crease. I also swept this brown under my bottom lashes.
To complete my eye shadow look I smoked out a dark brown in a very loose wing shape.
To fully emphasis the wing and to tidy any fall out, I dotted my concealer outwards and upwards and blended it with an angled brush.
Next I used an eyelash curler and brushed on my favourite mascara on top and underneath,
I also applied my MAC blusher and highlighter from my Cleopatra highlight palette.
Finally, to finish, I lined my lips with a baby pink lip pencil and went over with my MAC lipstick in 'gel'
That's a rap people! I hope you liked the look and enjoyed.
As always all our love,
